Tire Program details:

In 2019 we launched a new tire program to help our customers purchase tires at a lower cost. Under this program we allow our customers to buy tires under our umbrella using our large buying power. The customer sets an account up with the tire supplier, Southern Tire Mart (STM), and deals directly with their local STM dealer. Their tire purchasing process stays the same as they are today only with the benefit of lower tire costs. We offer a variety of tires for both the truck and the trailer as well as capping options and national road service.

In addition to the tire pricing, we have negotiated a fixed rate for emergency road service throughout the U.S. In the event of a tire failure the customer can call the toll-free number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and get help. The road service rate and the tire cost are predetermined before the customer ever dispatches the road service driver. The only variable remaining is how far the service truck has to drive to get to the customer’s truck.
